I have done private small business and nonprofit accounting for over 30 years.  In 2010 I began working for H&R Block after taking the tax preparer study course and enjoyed preparing taxes for individuals, married, small business and rental income tax clients for 4 tax years.  I then ventured out into private practice and obtained my California license.   I am a California Registered Tax Preparer.  This means I have passed a California exam requirement, have a $5000 bond, and each year take continuing education to keep current on tax laws.  You can verify any tax preparer’s license standing at www.CTEC.org.  My tax ID # A257569.
